Surface Mining Equipment

Highwall miner
Highwall miner 300
Highwall miner is mining machines that extract coal from exposed seams. The highwall miners rotate up and down a wall, grinding mineral deposits out of the walls. These mining tools are also used for trench mining.
The HIGHWALL MINER 300 highwall mining system is a machine designed to optimize highwall coal mining. Built for reliable performance in challenging conditions, the unit can penetrate up to 305 m in a coal seam, allowing your crew to make the most of open cast, trench and contour mining environments.

Bucket-wheel excavators
are used in open-pit mining. These mining tools continuously dig, transport, and load materials, excavating up to 240,000 cubic tons of minerals per day.
Bucket-wheel excavator P100
This compact machine line is widely used for lignite mining, material handling, and heap leaching processes. It employs a special type of counterweight located below the discharge boom to minimise luffing in cylinder forces. Hydraulic cylinders provide boom hoisting.

Standard features

  • Counterweight below the discharge boom reduces machine size and improves stability
  • Two-crawler undercarriage travel mechanisms offer flexibility
  • Crawler undercarriage tailored to customer requirements
  • Boom hoisting with hydraulic cylinders for simplicity and reliability

Technical data

  • Belt width - 800 mm – 2,000 mm
  • Block height - 8 m – 25 m
  • Boom length - 20 m – 40 m
  • Capacity - up to 7,500 m3 per hour
Bucket-wheel excavator K100
The compact bucket wheel excavator is the smallest one from the machines being offered. The entire machine moves by means of a crawler undercarriage. The lifting system for the bucket wheel boom is hydraulically driven as that for the loading boom. The machine is ready for transport to a destination as a whole without having to be largely broken down into its parts.

  • Length of loading boom - 11,000 mm

Underground Mining Equipment

Continuous miners
are a type of mining equipment used in room and pillar mining, and have a large rotating drum with carbide teeth to scrape coal from seams. These mining tools can mine up to five tons of coal a minute and account for approximately 45% of underground coal production. They also have conveyor belts that transport coal, making this an automated process that is controlled remotely.
Continuous miner CM2
  • Engineered for reliable performance in mines running continuous haulage or cutting higher percentages of rock. Designed for narrow entry and low- to mid-seam applications, this machine is available with high voltage options and various minimum and maximum cutting heights.
  • With multiple available models, a CM2 continuous miner can be applied in your low- to mid-seam applications.
  • With both solid and Ripperveyor cutting heads available, the CM2 is ready for tough mining applications.
  • A fine water spray behind each cutting bit on the cutter drums reduces the potential for frictional ignitions and reduces respirable dust levels.
  • Maximize your productivity, work with us to create a cutting system that is ideal for your application.
Continuous miner F-500
It is a new generation shearer loader, which was developed by combining the advanced technological solutions, expertise, modern technologies and the highest grade materials. Thanks to the modular design transport dimensions are minimised, which did not diminish the powerful capability of the shearer and the ability to work in high seams (mining height up to 6.0 m).
This shallow web shearer loader can operate with a face conveyor with a width of 900 to 1200 mm. The design of the feed system allows for different shearer heights without changing hauling frames. It is used for bidirectional niche-free coal mining and loading in a longwall system, with the strike of up to 35°, the dip up to 25°, the upwards up to 15° and downwards.
Continuous miner KCV-1500
KCV-1500 is a double ranging arm shearer with electric haulage drive. The shearer is carried along the length of the face on the armoured face conveyor (AFC) in a chainless haulage system. The shearer route is 860–1100 mm wide. It is designed for bidirectional cutting and loading coal in a longwall mining system.

KCV-1500 is adapted to longwall mining operations in seams inclined up to 35° longitudinally, up to 20° transversely (upwards) and up to 12° transversely (downwards).
